Case Study

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) Program Office is a collaborative, high profile e-Government initiative under direct Office of Management and Budget (OMB) oversight, and in direct support of the President’s Management Agenda (PMA). EHRI is transforming all Federal employee records (over 1.8 million) from paper to electronic files. NetStar-1 (formerly Performance Management Consulting (PMC)) supports the main two components of the EHRI Program: the EHRI Data Warehouse and the electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) Project. Our contract team developed and documented the EHRI notional architecture, and the EHRI Solution Architecture in accordance with the OMB Solutions Architecture Working Group requirements and in alignment with the Federal enterprise architecture framework. We manage the EHRI security program including providing Certification and Accreditation (C&A) services. NetStar-1 consistently receives from OPM the highest scores (all fives, the highest scores on a 1-5 rating scale) for customer satisfaction in periodic and regular quality management-focused client surveys.
