NetStar-1 supplies acquisition and program management support services under the DHS Acquisition Support BPA (under MOBIS) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Acquisition Program Management Support BPA; facilitates policy development and coordination under the Policy & Security Support BPA; and provides organizational and business process improvement support under the Program Management Support Services BPA.
