Under this DHS-wide BPA issued by the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), NetStar-1 supplies services in four key areas to the DHS: Program Management Support Services; Organizational and Business Process Improvement Support; Budget and Financial Management Support; and Professional Engineering Support.

Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Acquisition Program Management Support Blanket Purchase Agreement

Under the terms of this Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), NetStar-1 provides a variety of management consulting services, including acquisition planning, documentation, program oversight support, and financial management.  The overall purpose of the BPA is to help TSA implement best practices in its acquisition process so the agency can fulfill its mission more effectively.
