James M. Dean Joins NetStar-1 as Chief Financial Officer

Rockville, Md. - March 29, 2007 - NetStar-1, Inc., an information technology solutions provider to government and commercial clients, today announced that James M. Dean has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Dean will lead NetStar-1’s finance organization and will have responsibility for accounting, strategic planning, treasury, tax and audit. He will also lead the corporate development and facilities teams.

Dean has over 25 years of financial and management experience in the information technology sector. Prior to joining NetStar-1, Dean was CFO at Northrop Grumman Computing Systems, Inc. (NGCS), Laurel, Md., where he led the company’s financial, contractual, operational and proposal activities and was a member of NGCS’ Executive Committee. Previously, Dean was Vice President and CFO for Federal Data Corporation, Bethesda, Md., where he provided a leadership role in all financial, merger and acquisition, banking, shareholder and public bond market activities and served on the company’s Corporate Management, Operations Review, Strategic Planning and Pricing Committees. Dean was previously employed at Price Waterhouse for 14 years before joining Federal Data Corporation.
