NetStar-1 Names Christopher Chroniger Chief Technology Officer

Rockville, Md. – January 16, 2007 – NetStar-1, Inc., an information technology solutions provider to government and industry, has appointed Christopher Chroniger Chief Technology Officer. In his new position, Mr. Chroniger will oversee the development of IT solutions that help clients meet increasing demands for cost-effective, secure and scalable support. Additionally, Mr. Chroniger will manage NetStar-1’s IT staff as it implements new applications to support the rapidly-growing company. NetStar-1 recently completed the acquisition of RGII Technologies and Automated Information Management, which puts the company on a path of reaching close to $100 million in revenue with almost 500 technical staffers this year.

Mr. Chroniger has led NetStar-1’s projects at the U.S. Department of Labor for the last four years where he has worked extensively at the CxO level on OMB-driven initiatives such as IPv6, HSPD12, enterprise consolidation, and disaster planning across the DoL.

Mr. Chroniger was one of NetStar-1’s first employees, joining the company in early 2003 as it won its first contracts within the Federal government and at the State of Maryland. He joined NetStar-1’s onsite staff at the DoL late that year, leading several highly visible program tasks that won high praise from client management. Mr. Chroniger played a key role in NetStar-1’s success in winning new business at the DoL.

Prior to being named CTO, Mr. Chroniger was a company Vice President, responsible for a broad range of professional services within the Federal government. Before joining NetStar-1, Mr. Chroniger held senior management positions at Dimension Data, Ltd., and TimeBridge Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Chroniger brings more than 15 years of experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer, and has held increasingly challenging positions within the systems and solutions integration community. He has worked with numerous clients that include NASA, the Executive Office of the President, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and at several network services providers where he provided high-level solution architecture and design guidance.
