NetStar-1 Signs Five-Year Lease Doubling Corporate Office Space

Rockville, Md. – Feb. 20, 2007 – NetStar-1, Inc., an information technology solutions provider to government and industry, has signed a five-year lease for 15,400 square feet of space at 9715 Key West Avenue, Rockville, Md. in the Danac Stiles Corporate Office campus. NetStar-1 will relocate its corporate headquarters to the new location in March.

NetStar-1 has grown to almost $100 million in revenue and 500 employees in less than five years. According to Bill Strang, NetStar-1’s CEO, “Our business has grown significantly over the past six months, particularly with the acquisition of RGII Technologies and its subsidiary, Automated Information Management. Consolidating our administrative, sales and management teams in our new facility will streamline our operations and enable us to support our growth plans.”

Approximately 50 NetStar-1 executive and administrative staff will be located at the new office and the company plans to build and staff a network monitoring center in the facility. The center will allow NetStar-1 to offer 24x7x365 remote monitoring services, allowing clients to take advantage of NetStar-1's expertise in security, network and systems operations.

Reflecting NetStar-1’s expertise in networking solutions, the company will install a Voice over IP (VoIP) communications system in its offices, using Internet-based technologies to deliver voice, video and data to company desktop computers.

The Danac Stiles building includes an on-site conference center accommodating up to 200 people, catering services, dining space, and an education and training center.
